Membership Pay By Check

If you wish to become a member but cannot pay by credit card, here’s how to accomplish the same thing paying by check!

Make your check out to:  “MKP USA”

In the memo line (very important!!): indicate “Membership 100% USA” or “Membership 50/50 [name of center]” so that we know how you wish to designate your contribution.  If left blank, we will attribute your check as a chairman’s campaign donation, not create a membership for you or split it with the center of your choice.  We’ll simply not know you had other intentions and assume it’s a general donation.

If your check’s Payor name is different than your given name (in case of using a business check or spouse/partner checking account) then ALSO include the full name of the new Member in the memo line.  We want to be sure to accurately credit your membership!
