Prospectus Launch July 2011 – Phase II

Foundation Builders will create the financial foundation which will enable MKP-USA to proceed on a stable footing, and ensure sustainability for the years to come. Phase III – our Membership Program and the transition to a culture of commitment based yearly Membership has already begun.

With this in mind, MKP-USA is launching Phase II; FOUNDATION BUILDERS 
The purpose is to:

  • Provide a program of 5 years minimum funding for MKP-USA to continue the reinvention process.
  • Develop a firm footing for the organization with the financial means to endure for generations.
  • Manifest the deep inward commitment to “Creating a better world, one man at a time!” by “Empowering Men to Missions of Service”.

FOUNDATION BUILDERS is a commitment of time and money insuring that the evolving MKP-USA includes all that is important to our brothers! We are counting on your support, candid feedback and willingness to help secure our long term future.

Our Grandsons are waiting and Our Granddaughters are watching!

FOUNDATION BUILDERS – CAPACITY BUILDING
2011-Launch

PROGRAM:

  • Design & Launch additional trainings for: I-Groups, Mission & Service, Organizational Development, Center Administration, and men’s individual Life Stage Development.
  • Develop a comprehensive communications system and strategy for connecting men to what they’re passionate about in MKP and the world.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing program to drive enrollment, credibility and broader recognition for MKP USA and the ManKind Project.

TECHNOLOGY:

  • Support videoconferencing and use of teleconference technology for internal meetings and to deliver external promotional and marketing materials.
    Support and integration of community websites.
  • Support for MKP-USA website and listserves, Hen’s Teeth Network, and Postini Spam Filter.
  • Provide at no additional cost New Warrior @MKP.ORG e-mail aliases to members
  • Support new IT development projects as needed
  • Purchase staff communication and organizational software as needed
  • Training MKP-USA staff and committees to use CiviCRM (IT staff to attend conferences and develop in-house CiviCRM training)
  • Maintain support for CAA and transfer functionality to CiviCRM / Drupal Integrated Systems

LEADERSHIP:

  • Fundraising and Development training, meeting and presentation expenses.
  • Development Director travel
  • Executive Director travel
  • Other leadership & staff travel
  • MKP-USA Council Meeting in December 2011

STAFF:

  • Executive Director* – base salary
  • Operations Director* – base salary
  • Project Administrator* – base salary
  • Communications Director* – base salary

(*staff already covered in Fund the Plan)
Additional staff paid by stipends: Webmaster / CAA Coordinator / MKP Journal Editor / Enrollment Coordinator or Director

The Foundation Builders Commitment:
$25 each month for 60 months (5 years), that is our request, paid in a way that works for you. We are looking for 1200+ men to launch Foundation Builders. And while you are participating in the Foundation Builders program, you will also be a Member of MKP USA.
