Have you noticed? It feels more challenging for men to stay connected today.

The post-pandemic world is different. It’s harder to make friends. Harder to find genuine connection. Men are paying a heavy toll in isolation and loneliness.Too many are checking out or reaching for fixes that don’t work.

Mission

We’re a community of men committed to living lives of connection, purpose and joy. We want to help other men move beyond loneliness, doubt and overwhelm. Many of us have been there. We know it’s a big lift. We’re looking for other men of compassion and courage who want to make a difference in the world. If that’s you, join us.

“I’ve never felt safe to connect and develop friendships with men. I was always worried that I would be ridiculed or attacked for being vulnerable. After attending several MKP Open Men’s Group I discovered that I’m not alone with those feelings. And that many other men are looking for connection. The comradery that I experience each week fills me with a sense of brotherhood that I never thought was possible. And I’m seeing how much it has been benefiting me in my every day life.” — Eric A.

How it works

The UnLoneliness Project works on a subscription model. You pay $15 a month to be part of the community and to attend small online discussion groups. The weekly sessions are facilitated by leaders who’ve been trained and are passionate about men’s work. Attend as many each month as you like.

We’re not in this to get rich. We’re in this because we believe in the power of community and we understand isolation is a heavy weight. Join the UnLoneliness Project not only because of what you’ll get but also because of what you can give.

“A year ago, I read an article about men’s groups, and MKP was mentioned. I looked it up, got registered and it has changed my life in so many areas for the better. I’ve attended Open Men’s Groups on Tuesdays, enrolled in Men’s Work and also Circle of Men. I attended my first in-person MKP group here in Tucson and will be hopefully completing PIT on-line. Vulnerability, understanding true masculinity, and resonating each time with men when in circles.” — Dallas S.

About

The UnLoneliness Project is sponsored by ManKind Project USA. For 40 years, the ManKind Project has been helping men lead better lives. We’re not therapists, and we’re not affiliated with any religion, doctrine, party or lobby. We’re just men — mostly volunteers — committed to stepping into our fullest selves in a world where that sometimes means swimming upstream.
