ASK & TELL
A Group Coaching Program for GBTQ+ People
Light, Legacy & Leadership.
Nurturing and celebrating the embodied leader in You.
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR & ABOUT LEADERSHIP FOR GBTQ+PEOPLE
It can be easy—for some—even a potential place of privilege, to look at a new program on leadership for GBTQ+ and think why bother – there are so many programs out there that speak to leadership. And yes, maybe there are.
This is a coaching experience formed by GBTQ+ Leaders geared for GBTQ+ identifying participants. It’s a unique context for work using group and individual coaching as a method for lasting change.
THE WORLD OUT THERE…
In entertainment we’re allowed to shine … somewhat. Yet so many GBTQ+ people in the spotlight industries are still trying to pass … encouraged to bury “that part” of themselves. “Out” celebrities are a still a rarity, especially in sports, and often only emerge decades after the limelight, after threats to life or financial stability have passed them by.
The “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy of the US Military ended more than a decade ago. And yet GBTQ+ who are highly capable leaders are still passed over for promotions, leadership, and positions of power.
And only for being, “Like that.”
But the times are changing.
And we’re determined to accelerate this evolution.
THE PROMISE OF OUR TIME TOGETHER…
This program is a break from that legacy of invisibility. We bring Gay Bi Trans and Queer folks for the purpose of uncovering a deeper understanding and perspective about who we are as leaders in the world. We strive to create lives of, and on, purpose.
Being all from a similar target group we are afforded the chance to drop quickly into a greater level of trust and freedom with one another. This space offers a natural sense of ease and cohesion. As we look at leadership in our lives, we are encouraged and held accountable. This is an intentional, specialized setting that thrives because of its autonomy and the familiarity of our shared experiences.
This program puts leadership front and center!
It’s an emphatic declaration that leadership is also for GBTQ+ people. Over the course of seven weeks, we will explore together, using a practical and successful coaching methodology to dig in to your strengths and dreams. And we will start with a single powerful question: “How are you showing up as a leader for your own life and what might that look like out in the world?”
