Help Wanted: Area Administrator

MKP USA is interested in engaging an Area Administrator to handle the overall administrative and financial reporting functions of the Area.

Strong Candidates have:

  • Strong prior experience leading and managing others within an administrative function.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills – inspiring, vision focused and ability to motivate others to act
  • Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with the various teams and individuals taking the lead on multiple projects
  • Ability to write well, present information clearly, use spreadsheets and other systems that enable the work
    • Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Presentations
    • MS Word, Excel
    • Connect (including I Group Portal etc), CiviCRM and QuickBooks
  • Ability to supervise and manage widely dispersed teams of volunteers
  • Ability to think systemically about MKP USA as a whole, while at the same time advocating for the ongoing improvement of the various Communities and Constituencies/Societies in the Area
  • Ability to work across and organization and in close collaboration with teams within and outside of the Area
  • Strong ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
  • Able to manage budgeting process that include a consolidated budget of several entities.
  • Ability to work in a self directed, unsupervised environment.
  • Deep working understanding of NWTA protocols and policies, I-Group Support, and Membership

MKP USA would like to engage someone in supporting the Area Stewardship Council, Area Operational Teams, Sustaining, Developing and Forming Community Coordinators and other Stewardship Council Representatives to succeed in growing and supporting I-Groups, outreach efforts, mission work, membership and successful Training and Area/Community Activities and Events.

MKP USA would prefer an MKP USA member familiar with the organization.
