This training was so informative and has really allowed me to see that I&D training is necessary in all companies, jobs, human interactions, etc. I have always felt like I wasn’t doing enough or that I don’t have enough time to really create change, but this training has really shown me that every little action can create change and impact and I am really taking that forward with me.
