I didn’t need more buddies. I needed a tribe of courageous men growing together and supporting me to be accountable to myself. What started as inner work over a three-day weekend is now a commitment I look forward to each Wednesday night. It’s a continuous act of self-compassion to show up in this world as the man I know I am. The impact on my life and those around me is immeasurable.
