We’re focused on staying present in the moment, building practices to care for ourselves and each other, and preparing ourselves to be the kind of men who are needed in times like these: compassionate, powerful, present, and purpose-driven. Paul Newell is a coach and facilitator working with men on showing up and getting healthy in all areas of their lives. He’s a Leader in Training in the ManKind Project. He lives in New Jersey.

Carmil Surritt is a Life Coach with over 3 decades of experience helping men and women get what they want in the world. He’s a member of the ManKind Project Northern California Area.

Tyrone Marsh is a US Navy Veteran and a career educator focusing on ESL and Financial Literacy. He’s a father and husband.

Tom Pagliasotti is a retired educator with 22 years experience at a university and 12 years at an alternative high school. Tom has been involved with the ManKind Project for since 2011.

Boysen is the author of ‘The New Macho,’ a credo for the mature masculine. He has been involved in men’s work since 2004 and is the Communications Director for the ManKind Project USA.

Gus was initiated in February of 2015 in Silver Springs Florida. He is a bodyworker specializing in trauma and injury recovery. He currently resides in Gainesville Florida

In Memoriam

Since we launched the Men’s Work in late 2018, over 800 men have completed the three week course. Two men who were essential to our facilitation team in our early days of expansion have passed on. Here we honor their memories, and affirm our commitment to continue offering a loving, grounded, and spiritual place for men to begin their men’s work journey.

Facilitator / Core Map Coach

Royce is a Certified CORE MAP Life Coach who has worked with more than 300 people since 2001. He has been facilitating men’s work with the ManKind Project since 2000.
