The premise is common sense: Connection is the antidote to loneliness. But how to find it?
In the United States, loneliness has reached epidemic proportions, especially among men. Therapy can help, but not everyone wants to do therapy or can afford it. Friends can help. But who knew making friends as an adult would be hard?
We’re a community of men who know loneliness can be overwhelming. Our approach is based on what we all know intuitively already: Happiness is based on the quality of your relationships rather than the quantity of your possessions.
Subscribing to the UnLoneliness Project provides opportunities to make those connections with like-minded men. You pay $10 a month to be part of the community and to attend weekly online discussions of fewer than 20 members. The sessions are facilitated by leaders who’ve been trained and are passionate about men’s work. Attend as many sessions each month as you like.
