Why we exist
We believe that emotionally mature, powerful, compassionate, and purpose-driven men will help heal some of our society’s deepest wounds. We support the powerful brilliance of men and we are willing to look at, and take full responsibility for, the pain we are also capable of creating – and suffering. We care deeply about men, our families, communities, and the planet.
What is MKP?
The ManKind Project is men’s community for the 21st Century. MKP is a nonprofit training and education organization with over three decades of proven success hosting life-changing experiential personal development programs for men. MKP supports a global network of free peer-facilitated men’s groups and supports men in leading lives of integrity, authenticity, and service.
What is Men’s Work?
“Men’s Work” is physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development for men.
It’s the work of supporting and challenging ourselves and other men to find purpose, share vulnerably, live honestly, and act with integrity.
Trainings & Programs
We provide cutting edge experiential training and leadership programs for men.
The New Warrior Training Adventure is our flagship program. Over 90% of men who do the NWTA Highly Recommend it. We also offer world-class leadership, eldering, mentoring, and multicultural training.
- We will sponsor and run over 125 leadership and personal growth trainings and programs this year.
- Close to 2,000 men will participate in the New Warrior Training Adventure, joining almost 80,000 other men who have taken this life-changing challenge since 1985.
Men’s Groups
We support a growing and diverse network of peer-facilitated Men’s Groups.
There are men’s groups meeting in over 120 communities across the USA. You are invited. Doing men’s work will profoundly impact how alive, inspired, supported, and connected you feel.
- We serve over 7,000 men weekly or bi-weekly with ongoing peer-mentoring.
- We provide training, curriculum development, logistical support, best practices, and communication tools for our men’s groups.
Missions of Service
We support men to develop and live missions of service in the world.
New Warriors are living their missions and improving communities. The ManKind Project has a proven approach to supporting men of all backgrounds in discovering and living their purpose in the world.
- Through our Mission Circle, we promote, support, publicize, and celebrate men’s personal missions of service.
