SACRED BALANCE
Integrating the Masculine & Feminine
Sacred Balance is coming to the east coast.
October 16-19, 2025 – Lebanon, NJ
This is not about success, or money, or sex, or anything external.
This is about the deepest part of you that yearns to unfold.
Bring your itch, your unrelenting whisper, your longing …
for you will find that freedom here.
Men and women will come to the beautiful fall colors of New Jersey this October. Each of us here has chosen to follow this non-rational path … often to a mountain, or a desert, or some place outside the norm, and almost always uncomfortable. We follow it for growth, for change, often in desperation. We continue to trust that our souls are smarter than our egos.
All of the facilitators for this training have been in men’s work and women’s work for hundreds of collective years. Looking at this work through a variety of lenses and through multiple dimensions, we have distilled a couple of hard truths.
First, the only real question to ask a man or woman in deep process is:
“What broke your heart?”
Second, the doorway to mature male and female integration requires a penetrative inquiry into both the masculine and feminine archetypes within us.
THIS IS WHERE SACRED BALANCE BEGINS
We have been deeply engaged in this work out in the mountains and deserts of Arizona, where we’ve called this experience Desert Wisdom. Eight times we have sent out the call, and eight times men have gathered. Now is the time for this work to find a home in the northeast. Bring your spirit, your courage, and your gifts.
A CALLING DEEP INSIDE YOU …
THAT IS RELENTLESS
“This workshop pushed me to open to myself and others. I was uncomfortable at times, but it was so well worth it.”
“This workshop is a poignant
reflection on the masculine and feminine.”
“A precious opportunity to explore the yin/yang within me. Witnessing the exploration of the masculine in women and the feminine in men was so valuable and so needed.”
“You asked how I was wounded? FUCKING PRICELESS. Incredibly
awesome approach,
thank you”
“This is where I could finally cry. In all the emotion, I was able to pause and see the grass gently moving in the breeze and the trees gently swaying. And there I was, in the middle of it all. Alive. And what I realized in that moment was that I was not afraid of dying this whole time, I was afraid of living.”
“Women & Men ~ Partners & Allies Healing Together ~ Leading Together”
“Food – just short of spectacular… I felt cared for… deeply so”
“I don’t know why I waited three years to do this!”
“There is a certain comfort in
witnessing the facilitation staff
display their vulnerabilities along with the participants. It somehow levels the field for me as we are all equal.”
“I learned where, what, and how both the Masculine and Feminine live within me.”
“Being in the presence of beautiful men and amazing women who love and support one another in
this work is a gift.”
“I am tending my heart, the secret chambers of my heart, which are no longer hidden from my awareness.
This was my big takeaway.”

Who is Sacred Balance for?
Sacred Balance is for men who have been actively doing their work, willing to look deeply at themselves, men who are still committed to conscious growth. Ours is a deep and wide inquiry, offering space, time, and a mature loving circle. Here, we remind ourselves of what the deep masculine and feminine is, and we look more directly at the feminine and masculine in our lives. The staff brings decades of experience in Men’s Work and Women’s Work, and together we celebrate the joy of being in an open, honest & powerful circle. Our workshops are for any self-aware man who wants to explore the deeper masculine and feminine, to inquire of the feminine and masculine in each of us, connect intimately with other men, who is curious, ready to dream, enjoy music, good food, meditation, good stories and delicious check-ins.
