You’ve been invited and agreed to serve on the MKP USA Fund Development Committee.  Thank you in advance for your service to MKP USA, to men and to the planet.

With immense gratitude for your time, effort, and caring, we ask you in advance to electronically express your commitment and agreement to the following:

By completing this form, I agree to:

1. Keep individual donor history and donation amounts confidential
2. To only use credit card numbers for direct processing of approved donations and to not store or record credit card numbers
3. To only change or update contact information or communication preferences per instructions, and
4. To refer all possible duplicate records to MKP USA Staff for resolution and to never attempt deletion or merging without oversight
