David Marshall

Finance Director

I graduated from Cornell University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and started working at the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics as an Economist in 1986. I worked for the International Price Program until retiring on Dec. 31, 2020. I started with MKP the next day, Jan. 1, 2021. It was a little bit of an adjustment going from the experienced employee with all the answers to the new employee with all the questions! Nevertheless, it has been a great experience picking up new skills.

I initiated into MKP on Nov. 8, 2014 at Claymont Court in WV. I’ve been active in the Mid-Atlantic ever since. I was NWTA Administrator for two years and then Area Finance Coordinator for two years. I am on the Leader track and am currently an LIT. I really enjoyed my experience as an AFC, so when I saw the opportunity, I applied to join MKPUSA. I’m not only assisting Deb on the finance team, but also picking up various other administrative responsibilities. MKP turned my life around. My mission: I create a world of greater compassion and awareness by sharing my knowledge and passion with others. Working for MKP allows me to live my mission every day. His current position is both technical and administrative, supporting the development of systems that can efficiently serve rapidly expanding needs with a growing infrastructure. While still holding broad and diverse responsibilities from ‘Holacracy’ coach to institutional documentation, Keith is primarily focused on the execution and safety of Trainings & Events. A born dog-lover, and avid reader of science fiction, Keith enjoys growing bonsai, watching soccer and Ohio State football. Contact Keith: admin@mkpusa.org
