Your commitment to your own future; as a better father, son, partner, husband, friend … a better man … is in your hands. The event is a weekend program called the New Warrior Training Adventure. It is widely regarded as one of the most powerful experiences a man can undertake to move his life forward and build on the successes he has created.

The men who undertake this work, and stick with it, are changing the world – one family and community at a time. They are powerful role models and inspired action takers. They are social inventors and collaborative leaders. They’re tough and gentle, fierce and wise. You’re invited to do the work that helped these men become what they are today, and to join them in a growing global community.

Robert Moore, PhD – Author of “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover”

Previous cultures throughout history always intended authentic masculine initiation. But their vision and their cultural context of the world was necessarily limited. Since the first earthrise photograph from outer space, we have entered a new mythological era. For the first time in human history, we have before us the possibility of authentic masculine initiation – an initiation into the global brotherhood. — Dr. Robert Moore – Member of the ManKind Project

Throughout the years as a mental health clinician I have heard and read great stories about men attending the New Warrior Training and benefiting from MKP initiatives. Once more, I recently saw the life-transforming signs of a male client of mine who finally decided to take on the risk, face his fears head on, attend a NWTA weekend, and start feeling again. It is thanks to weekends like these that “guys” take the first steps to become “new and better men” with their children, with women, and with other men. MKP is doing great work!

Mark Summa and Julian Summa

Mark Summa (Father) – I realized from this weekend how much I had shut men out of my life. I walked away from men. I was left angry, lonely, judgmental and fearful. This weekend connected me to myself and others … with the help of the staff’s compassion, love and total commitment to guiding men from shadow to light. It was a pivotal change in my life which I recommend to any man.

Julian Summa (Son) – I could really tell that difference after the weekend … when watching my father interact with other adults around him … there was an obvious change in energy.

Words cannot describe my gratitude toward the MKP and its effect on my father, on my family, and on my own life — past, present, and future. I hope the little boy of my father’s past would look up to the man he is today; I know I do. I’m such a lucky daughter. I don’t know that he’ll ever read this, but I want to say to the Universe: I love you, Dad. Thank you, MKP trusted servants, for your work as warriors.
