ATTIRE

Tucson is a fairly casual city. Dress comfortably for air-conditioned spaces and the heat outdoors. Suggested attire for the Gala Dinner on Saturday is “Tucson formal”—dressy casual with flair! Suits and ties are not required.

WEATHER

Tucson is in the high desert. It will be dry and hot during the daytime. Drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen and hats. Don’t overdo outdoor activities during midday. The only scheduled outdoor activity is a morning walk-and-learn event for the “Discover Your Path” program. This will be at a local park close to the hotel.

FOOD

There is a sit-down restaurant and a coffee and snack bar on the premises of the hotel. Check its schedule for when it is open. Free breakfast for hotel guests available daily.
There are many local restaurants within a few miles radius of the hotel. Check online for ratings, locations and information. We will provide some recommendations in your Registration Materials.

LOCAL SUPPORT

If you need local information or assistance, there will be a group of local volunteers who will be available to provide support. These generous men and women will be around all weekend. Lift them up and show them lots of love.
